Miami Spice 2022: discover Italian cuisine
MIAMI – MICHELIN recommended Navé for its “quiet meal”, a menu “focused on seafood” and a “cool and refined” decor at Coconut Grove. And until September, the Italian-American restaurant offers two Miami Spice menus.
Chef Michael “Chug” Beltran and Chef Phil Bryant and their team serve a $28 three-course brunch menu with options on Sundays and a $60 dinner menu with options every night.
The fixed brunch menu for appetizers includes three options: The Miami Clams with medianoche butter and Gruyère; The Stracciatella with tomato carpaccio and Panzanella sourdough; and Brandade croquettes with saffron rouille.
The brunch menu for starters also includes three options: Baked Eggs Navé with Spanish Pisto and Filone, Parmesan; Prawns and Polenta with ‘nduja vinaigrette, parmesan and herbs; and Les Rigatoni Amatriciana with Guanciale, Calabrian pepper and caciocavallo.
The brunch dessert has two options: cornflake French toast with passion fruit curd and raspberry jam, and cinnamon buttermilk pancakes.
The dinner menu for appetizers includes two options: Miami Clams and Stracciatella. The dinner menu for entrees also includes two options: duck ragout with cresta de gallo, caramelized radicchio, foie gras mousse and grana padano, and Milanese snapper with tomato compote, arugula and tapenade.
The dessert is a Pavlova with passion fruit curd, raspberry and fresh whipped cream. There were reservations available on Open Table. For more information, visit this page.
