Italian restaurant Ferraro’s announces new spring dishes
Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar announces new spring dishes featuring seasonal flavors and ingredients. Guests can enjoy fresh spring salads, pastas, soups and entrees created by Executive Chef Mimmo Ferraro. Meanwhile, visitors can still enjoy all of Ferraro’s classic homemade pasta, famous osso buco, premium steaks, and other beloved traditional dishes. “Prepared with the freshest flavors of the season, we look forward to our guests tasting the dishes on our new spring menu,” says Gino Ferraro, owner of Ferraro’s. “Our creative chef has worked diligently to put together this carefully curated menu, so we’re thrilled to finally share it.” Ferraro’s new spring dishes follow:
Antipasti:
- Bufala Mozzarella – Pistachio pesto, watercress, rainbow microgreens, crushed pistachios, peas, white balsamic vinaigrette
Insalate:
- Colorado – Arugula, fennel, Radicchio, Valencian oranges, pine nuts, mint, balsamic vinaigrette
Risotti:
- Risotto Agli Asparagus – Acquerello risotto, asparagus purée and spears, grilled almonds, Stracciatella cheese
Pasta:
- Pici Al Ragù, di Cinghiale – Thick spaghetti, wild boar ragout, Pecorino cheese
- Gnocchi Al Pistachio Siciliano – Homemade potato dumplings, pistachio pesto, Mortadella, Parmigiano Reggiano
- Spaghetti Cacio & Pepe with Crudo di Tonno – Grilled black pepper, pecorino reduction, pecorino cheese, AAA tuna tartare
Second:
- Fillet of Manzo – 8 oz Butcher’s Block Filet Mignon, Demi Porcini Reductions, Spinach, Mashed Potatoes
- Marechiaro salmon – Scottish salmon, lemon, white wine sauce, lemon herb risotto
- Al Tartufo Alaskan Merluzzo – Alaskan black cod, black truffle prosecco sauce, spinach, roasted potatoes, black truffle shavings
