Experience regional Italian cuisine at this newly opened restaurant in Dallas’ Arts District

Experience the nostalgia of family recipes and traditions in this Italian restaurant founded by a skillful chef of Italian origin.

The highly anticipated Italian restaurant, The Stella Kitchen Verace, opened its doors in the Dallas Art District just a few weeks ago, on March 12, 2022. The beautiful and authentic Italian cuisine served in this new restaurant is prepared by Italian-born Michelin Chef, Luigi Iannuario, who has also served as the executive chef of the now defunct Italian restaurant, Da Mario. Besides Iannuario, La Stella is also run by Da Mario alum Riccardo Ravagglia, who is now La Stella’s managing partner and butler.

La Stella aims to provide customers with authentic Italian cuisine that will make them feel like they are dining at the restaurant in the heart of Italy. They serve a fried dough appetizer called gnocco fritto; spicy lobster pasta; short rib rigatoni; Risotto; and a particular emphasis on imported prosciutto, sliced at the table.

The chefs will also dry-age their own meats and slice those meats at the guest table! Don’t forget to enjoy their quality wines and unique drink mixes. For dessert, you can enjoy delicious tiramisu or semifreddo alla Nutella with meringue and coated in hot chocolate sauce (similar in texture to mousse). See this dessert below!

You can find La Stella Cucina Verace at 2330 Flora St ste.150, Dallas, TX 75201. They are open 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday, and are closed on Sunday.
