A stylish new Italian restaurant paying homage to the Amalfi Coast has opened in Manchester
The new resident of the Corn Exchange has arrived…
Your new favorite Italian has arrived – and the place might look quite familiar. Taking over Gino D’Acampo’s former My Restaurant in the bustling city center, Riva Blu will bring a fresh take on Italian cuisine to the venue, this time taking inspiration from the Amalfi Coast.
A new concept launched by Individual Restaurants – the chain behind Piccolino’s – Riva Blu brings nautical vibes galore, along with an expansive menu of over 60 classic dishes, featuring plenty of Italian seafood dishes, pizzas and more .
Favorite Italian cocktails such as Bellinis and Aperol Spritz dominate the drink offering, delivering tons of summer flavors that alone will transform you and your taste buds into a warmer climate. For wine lovers, there will also be a fantastic selection of Proseccos, Italian wines and Amari – a classic Italian digestive – which can be enjoyed in the restaurant, bar or outside on the terrace.
Speaking at the Riva Blu launch, Pasquale Savona, Managing Director of Riva Blu, said: “We are extremely excited to bring Riva Blu to Manchester and look forward to welcoming our guests. Riva Blu is ready to bring a real taste of “la dolce vita” to the city with a menu brimming with classic Italian dishes and our own signature dishes, all prepared with the finest seasonal ingredients.
“Customers can expect the same warm welcome that Individual Restaurants is known for, as our existing dedicated team delivers a truly authentic Italian dining experience. We’re also planning some very special celebrations over the next few months, starting with Valentine’s Day, so be on the lookout for the most exciting news as RIVAlution begins! »
Riva Blu is located at The Corn Exchange 11 Corn Exchange, M4 3TR.
